Adobe Media and Data Science Research

I am Aanisha Bhattacharyya, a research associate at Adobe’s Media and Data Science Research Lab and a PhD student in the Computer Science Department at the University at Buffalo and IIIT Delhi, advised by Prof. Changyou Chen and Dr. Rajiv Ratn Shah respectively. My research delves into the intersection of behavioral science and foundation models, with a focus on advancing content intelligence through the integration of behavioral insights. I contributed to the development of Large Content and Behavior Models (LCBMs), which expand the capabilities of multimodal models by enabling behavior simulation, content-behavior optimization, and domain adaptation.

My interests also include exploring social simulation to better understand and forecast societal trends, aligning models with human behavior and preferences. Currently, I am focusing on enhancing multimodal large language models (LLMs) to address diverse real-world applications, from content personalization and recommendation to understanding human interaction with media.
