Adobe Media and Data Science Research

I am Aanisha Bhattacharyya, a research scientist at Adobe’s Media and Data Science Research Lab and a PhD student in the Computer Science Department at the University at Buffalo and IIIT Delhi, advised by Prof. Changyou Chen and Dr. Rajiv Ratn Shah respectively. My research delves into the intersection of behavioral science and foundation models, with a focus on advancing content intelligence through the integration of behavioral insights.

I work at the boundary of human behavior and machine intelligence, studying how people respond to content and how AI can anticipate those patterns. My research spans behavioral prediction, multimodal modeling, alignment, and behavioral interpretability. I’m drawn to work that asks honest questions, builds useful systems, and makes complex human and model behavior a little more understandable.
